Thursday Powerball
Powerball is the newest and most exciting national lottery game to appear in Australia (started 1996) and is similar to the highly successful Powerball lottery game in the USA, at only a fraction of the price!

The weekly Powerball lottery draw is broadcast live on Australian national television every Thursday evening at approximately 8:30 PM Melbourne local time. The mechanical random draw produces 5 regular winning numbers plus 1 Powerball winning number resulting in winners for 7 prize divisions.
